2023-2024 Membership Application

The Fort Shafter Hui is open to all Enlisted, Officers, DOD Civilians, Spouses, and Retirees of any branch of service. The club year runs June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. Membership dues are $35 and allow the member and their household to attend all Hui activities.*

*Additional fees required to register for some events and activities.

ACTIVE MEMBER: Spouses and Service Members of all ranks, branches, and statuses (Active, National Guard, Reserve, Retired, Gold Star); DoD Civilians and their spouses, Retirees and their spouses residing on Oahu, Resident spouses on Oahu, of military personnel on Active Duty stationed outside of Oahu.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: Spouses of Active Duty foreign military personnel stationed on Oahu.

The Hui is a non-federal entity. It is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and has no governmental status (DoD I 1000.15 dated October 24, 2008).
